Recognised as one of Ireland's top fishermen for Tope, Oliver has fished in and around Carlingford Lough for over 20 years and knows where and how to catch the full range of fish. His custom 33’ charter-boat Sharon Michèlé offers a huge fishing deck area. She is rigged for fishing as well as your comfort, and easily accommodates up to 13 anglers. She has a new Diesel engine package; what this means is a much faster and more dependable boat to get us out where the fish are!

Oliver's local knowledge as a commercial fisherman and a keen angler has gained him the experience of finding the hotspots for species such as pollack, cod, spur dog, and conger. A good run of Tope can be expected from June to September and Carlingford Lough currently holds the Irish record.

On your arrival expect an on time, professional and courteous crew. Depending on what you want to catch, and how much time you have, we can fish for 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours, and even more extended fishing trips are available.

All fishing equipment, bait, tackle and whatever else you will need is provided, including fishing licenses for everyone. Oliver will also help clean your catch. Families are welcome!
